exemption shall be granted for certain leased properties exclusively
for industrial purposes, with maximum periods of ten years
for real properties located in Macao city and twenty years
for real properties on outlying islands.* |

Approved
newly established, innovated or expanded facilities for tourism
purposes shall be granted 100% exemption for period of up
to eight years in Macao city and twelve years on outlying
islands. |
Note:
A maximum amount of MOP3,500 reduction of property tax is
granted by Macao Government to all real properties in Macao
for the fiscal year 2011. |
